yet another modest proposal
Saturday, February 25th, 2012Regardless of how it pans out in Virginia, several US states — South Dakota and Missouri for example — recently passed laws defining the beginning of human life as occurring at conception. Being ratified as a state law makes it so [at least within state boundaries].
Since corporations are legally human beings in all 50 of these United States, I hereby propose that one of the states currently deficient in beginning of human life [aka ‘personhood’] statutes enact legislation defining human life as beginning at incorporation.
